Every manager has his or her style And we all think that it s the style that has worked before and will continue to work After reading only the first few chapters did I realize that there are management nuggets here that I have never adopted Not did I see these solutions before This book doesn t waste any time in teaching veteran managers, and rookies,, on how to be effective as managers Some of this material appear in other HBR publications, it s great to have all this wisdom in one book I bought the Kindle version first, I am going to get the hard cover edition as well This book is a must have in every manager s desk.
